AMERICAN LIVEBEARER ASSOCIATION
The goal of the American Livebearer Association is to gather, organize and disseminate the knowledge of livebearers, to promote fellowship among members, and to further the conservation of species and their natural habitat.
AQUACULTURE NETWORK INFORMATION CENTER (AQUANIC.ORG)
The Aquaculture Network Information Center (AquaNIC) was conceived in 1994 by the former USDA-Extension Service (currently Cooperative State Research, Education and Extension Service) as one of the nation’s first network information centers to serve as a gateway to the world’s electronic aquaculture resources. AquaNIC was created, through grants from USDA-Extension Service, the Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant College Program, and Purdue University Libraries
COLORADO AQUARIUM SOCIETY
In October 2007, the Colorado Aquarium Society will celebrate its diamond (60th) anniversary as an organization. The members of the CAS should be proud of this accomplishment. Very few fish clubs survive this long! This is a credit to all the members, past and present, who have worked so hard to keep it an active, vibrant, organization in a region known for its "rugged individualism".
ORNAMENTAL FISH
The Ornamental Aquatic Trade Association (OATA) is an organisation representing the interests of ornamental fish importers, breeders, wholesalers, retailers and manufacturers of glass aquaria.
TAMPA BAY AQUARIUM SOCIETY
The Tampa club was formed in 1992 and has been operating smoothly ever since. We welcome new people to the club and the hobby and hope that all of you new folks will share a wonderful time with all of us.
THE ANGELFISH SOCIETY
The Angelfish Society wasfounded in 2000 and became incorporated in March 2003 as a not-for-profit corporation. We are a collection of Angelfish enthusiasts, hobbyists and breeders who are interested in the advancement of our hobby, through improvements in the quality of the fish we keep and breed, by employing the standards of TAS.
UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA TROPICAL AQUACULTURE LABORATORY
University of Florida/IFAS's Tropical Aquaculture Laboratory, part of the University's School of Forest Resources and Conservation (SFRC) Program in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences. The Laboratory is located in Ruskin, Florida, approximately 20 miles south of Tampa in the heart of the tropical ornamental aquaculture industry.
